This is a prototype for the quilts that I’ll be making to sell at the Wellington Farmers’ Market at the Eddie Hotel & Farm this summer. They will all be about 54” x 63” and will be made using a traditional nine patch block. I hope to make some 12” square cushions to sell as well. The top is made from old articles of clothing given to me by the people I meet. Backing and binding fabrics and the batting are certified organic. Profit from the sale of these quilts will be donated to local charities that focus on improving the lives of marginalized folks within the Prince Edward Community.
